Commack (/ˈkoʊmæk/ KOH-mak) is a hamlet and census-designated place (CDP) in Suffolk County, New York, United States. It corresponds to a hamlet by the same name in Huntington and Smithtown in Suffolk County, New York, United States. Commack borders East Northport, Kings Park, Smithtown, Hauppauge, Brentwood, Dix Hills, Elwood and Greenlawn. Its total area is approximately 31.0 km2.

Commack is served by four major thoroughfares such as the Long Island Expressway, the Northern State Parkway, the Sunken Meadow State Parkway, and the at-grade Jericho Turnpike. It also includes the historic Long Island Motor Parkway, which itself included the spur to NY 25 that later became Harned Road. An interchange with Sunken Meadow State Parkway, Jericho Turnpike, and Veterans Memorial Highway occupies the center of the community.

The community is home to many parks such as Hoyt Farm Nature Preserve (on the southeast border), Valmont Village Park, The Hamlet Golf & Country Club (on the southwest boundary), Wicks Park, Sunshine Acres Park, Burr-Winkle Park, Cedar Rd Park, Daniel J. Flynn Memorial Park and Metuxen Lane Park. Educational buildings serving the community include Cedar Road School, North Ridge Primary School, Commack High School, Indian Hollow Primary School, Holy Family Regional School, Wood Park Primary School, Sawmill Intermediate School, Hauppaugge Highschool, and Burr Intermediate School. Houses of worship located within Commack include Sto Nino Prayer Group of Suffolk, Christ the King Roman Catholic, Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Lighthouse Community Church, Church of Christ, Commack United Methodist Church, CHURCH UNLEASHED, Cleft of the Rock Bible Chapel, Bethel Baptist Church, Commack Parsonage, Catholics for Freedom of Religion, and Temple Beth David Commack. Commack is home to the oldest Methodist Church building in New York state, the Commack Methodist Church, built in 1789 as the Comac Church.

The Smithtown Library – Commack Building on Indian Head Road and Commack Public Library on Hauppauge Road both serve the community.
