Quogue () is an incorporated village in Suffolk County, New York, United States, in the Town of Southampton, on the South Shore of Long Island. As of the 2010 United States Census, the population was 967, down from 1,018 at the 2000 census. The area includes the Quogue Historic District. == Geography == Quogue is located at 40°49′22″N 72°36′5″W (40.822723, -72.601319).According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 5.0 square miles (12.9 km2), of which 4.2 square miles (10.9 km2) is land and 0.77 square miles (2.0 km2), or 15.57%, is water.The break outside the Quogue Beach Club is regarded as one of the best right hand breaks in the entire world, in both consistency and quality, in season. == Demographics == The following demographic information applies to the permanent residents of Quogue and not to summer residents: As of the census of 2010, there were 967 people and 424 households residing in the village. The population density was 191.2 people per square mile (73.8/km2). There were 1,623 housing units. The racial makeup of the village was 91.83% White, 1.75% African American, 0.2% Native American, 1.03% Asian, 1.96% other races, and 3.2% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 6.38% of the population. There were 424 households, out of which 164 had children under the age of 18 living with them.
We are quite happy with the service. A great company with highly skilled electricians. They came to our house to assist us in diagnosing a problem with our basement bathroom fan and installing a new set of light fixture in the main basement open plan area. I called Two Brothers Electrical of Quogue, and they were able to come out the same day, which was far beyond my expectations. They were brilliant! After we attempted to install a new light fixture ourselves and lost power to all of the wall outlets, this company came to our rescue. Such a great electrical company! They got everything fixed. I don't know what they did exactly as this stuff goes over my head but price we paid was reasonable and they got it all fixed within the hour.
